Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  1. Describe a specific approach to providing continuing professional development (CPD) in low and middle-income countries (LMICs).
  2. Explain the results of a CPD program on physical therapists’ perceived knowledge, skills, and ability to implement early physical therapy.
  3. Identify potential barriers to providing pediatric therapy services in LMICs.
  4. Summarize the participants’ self-perception of learning and engagement in the CPD.
  5. Demonstrate an understanding of the application of the Kirkpatrick Model in assessing the effectiveness of the training.
