Objectives

  1. Assess differences in outcomes between Usual Care Early Intervention (UC-EI) and the START-Play intervention plus UC-EI.
  2. Discuss the potential influence of physical therapy intervention on cognitive development
  3. Explain the cognitive impacts and proposed mechanisms of change due to the START-Play intervention.
  4. Identify potential long and short-term effects of the START-Play physical therapy intervention.
