Students with developmental disabilities struggle to gain employment post graduation. Join Connie Johnson and Karen Greeley for an interactive session exploring how to use explicit instructional strategies to help students gain work skills. Drawing on the fields of ergonomics and fitness, the presenters will highlight evidence-based approaches to design individualized or group interventions. Emphasis will be placed on effective collaboration with educators as well as families and community partners.
